hey guys I have added some changes to enhance the forum

Added a notification system, now users can get notified when they receive a new reply or mention.
Users can select tags to view specific categories of posts.
Users can like and dislike replies or posts.
Added pagination functionality.
Changed the post display order, now posts with the latest reply or creation time will be at the front.
Users can insert pictures via URLs.
Add a new page for users to browse car new
