Debug will not work if URL changed

Describe the bug Debug parameter will not stay if URL changed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to home page with debug on
2. Click on Open any integration flow // expectation to change URL and
3. See error where debug parameter is gone.

Expected behaviour

• parameter shouldn't be missing if URL changes
• if it's missing then debug mode should be stopped as logs strain system.

Suggestion

• Make it UI button where we can enable or disable even download functionality instead of parameter base. The reason being many clients don't allow access to github in the environment so this will make a much easier to handle things.
