Added runtimeLocationId to support Trace Activation #227

The Trace stopped working for environments where there are multiple runtimes like Edge and CI ,as trace API now also have runtimeLocationId as field in the payload while activating trace. This code change takes the value from first node in IntegrationComponentDetailCommand API.
