REDCap data has been update in the Sept-Nov 19 timeframe.

[ ] Mike Davis needs to download the REDCap data and regenerate the clinical files

Mike needs to verify in the latest download if the few Duke/BCR changes were updated - check the four samples

[ ] Anish will provide Mike with the 4 samples with potential correction needed. Mike will check Redcap to figure out whether these samples have been updates, whether their annotation issues as mets or primary has been resolved
