Allow user to login using Globus user ID. grant access to Aurora Data Discovery Portal, pghbio and cBioPortal

cbioportal and DDP sso working. Need to get DDP restricted from external access

DDP restricted - access controlled by main portal.

All users will need to "signup" and be added to the main portal.
