  1. Add new 16 RNA-Seq samples
  2. Add slide elements for H&E
  3. Remove the two CNV samples (A739_G09, A739_H10) from JSON. These were of poor quality and hence the files were not provided.

@anishbhaswanth I'm going to add a few more clinical variables to the json, i'll send it to you when I'm completed.
