Review AURORA IRB to access to clinical data

computationdoc commented 4 years ago

How do we ensure the folks at Pitt not in the core group have permission to use the Aurora data? Do we need a exempt protocol explicitly stating? Current state is conversation with IRB and consideration of submitting new IRB in Adrian's group. Also needs answering: Are other Pitt folks already covered under the existing DUA for their research? Option may be PGRR-like training by Uma only if coverage in IRB/DUA is ok to do that?

We have an IRB for submission of samples, not for Coordinating Center, but we do have DUA's.

On Aurora box, germline file. Yes it can be there because we have a DUA and al users would have access.

Did agree that PGRR like training should work for PSC file access
