Clonality, correlation and other data

The Analysis group requested a number of analysis methods for integrative work. Clonality in a format other than waterfall plots Some type of correlation analysis Who should do this? Where do the files go? How to organize Box?

I think Chuck suggested that the domain specialists will do this e.g. RNAseq, methylation, DNAseq and so we don't need to worry (as they know the specs required)
