4 years ago Reorganize File Structure • Reviewed all the files at PSC • We are in good shape now with the file structure, the correct files under each folder and updated clinical spreadsheet annotation of these files
Database which provides links to files is functional and working with the file\folder structure.
Purpose: Keep track of data file changes/replacements due to re-sequencing, re-analysis, errors, etc.
Maintain a back-end database of files uploaded, along with checksums and other key information.
