Feature request: Pause upon lost focus #96

Maybe this is better as an option if the player likes to control the game with a controller even if the game isn't the active window.

I don't like this feature, so it probably won't be implemented on all platforms, but it's already enabled in the web browser version - http://deat.tk/jazz2/wasm/
