Sometimes ... or rather "way more often than comfortable" people have no access to a keybaord when presenting slides. Fiddling around to activate an on-screen keyboard is not the correct solution for this.
It was requested that we add buttons to the main menu that allows one to toggle all the features available.

Printing (just cause it fits here)
The branch mode-menu contains these changes to preview. Also allows one to access a slide with ?presenter to immediatly activate Presenter Mode on startup.
