RUB currency should have after=true #3

I.e. "руб12,455.00" is wrong, should be "12,455.00 руб"

Is this true for RUB (Russian Rubles) and BYR (Belarus Rubles)?

Did it for RUB, not BYR; feel free to reopen if you want BYR too. (been almost 8 years since I was last in Russia).

Published in npm and github. version is 2.0.4.

Sorry, I have no proven information about BYR. You have to wait for separate issue from resident. Thank you for fast fix.
