Functions >F4 not forwarded from CAN to LocoNet #12

Functions F0..F4 are forwarded from CAN to LocoNet as expected. Functions F5+ are not forwarded.

Looking at a trace of LN messages shows that for F5, instead of a SND message a DIRF message is sent.
