Footer content can't be modified correclty

Placeholder contents in footer persist after new items are added. Placeholders should be pre-filled in back-office interface and users should be able to modify/remove them or add new items to them.

As a result we have more items than expected. Contacts look empty.

The only fixed element is the first paragraph which introduces PlacPlac. This paragraph needs translation in the Italian version (now: it remains in English). The Italian translations is this:

PlacPlac è una piattaforma per la disseminazione di ricerca scientifica, realizzata nell’ambito del progetto Algocount finanziato da Fondazione Cariplo. Note: for the old projects the footer will be empty, you will need to update the footer manually. For the new projects the footer will have default values as you requested.
