Is the issue the names of the types of GI Bill benefits?

Or the fact the following question (time in service) changes based on the type of GI Bill benefits the user is using?

We have said previously that it would be helpful for a user who does not know which benefit is right for them to have a "Chapter Chooser" guide that would walk them through the steps... I see that coming, just not an immediate priority.
