Search Results Display Lower MHA Rate on GI Bill Comparison Tool

Value Statement: As a System Owner, I need the Search Results to display the lower MHA rate between VA and DoD rate.

Assumptions:

  1. VA and DoD Rates are available

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Lower MHA rate displayed

@ericks24 This was delivered to staging on 05/15/2019. Based on our last meeting on 05/24/2019, you indicated that testing was completed and is ready for production pending EDU communication / scheduling.
