Linux support #1

Have you tried to get this working on Linux? SteamVR for Linux does not currently support Unity development, only Unreal and I guess custom engines -- I don't know if there's currently a way to get Unity stuff working natively. It used to work...

Hmm I've run Unity on Ubuntu before... Though for now making it run on non-Windows platforms isn't too high of a priority because the vast majority of the PCVR user base is Windows based

Once the OpenXR plugin supports more than just Windows/DX11, this should be easier.
