Add release review 1 documents #29

We should integrate at least the use-case descriptor into markdown to make it more discoverable. We can do that slowly after releasing the docs here first.

Do we really want to store .docx in this GitHub repository? I personally would not and use either RoHub, OSF and/or Zenodo. We have already a Research Object https://w3id.org/ro-id/2edcfa66-0f59-42f4-aa29-1c5681466424 and we can create another one for the documentation. Documentation .docx and .pdf are not easily findable in a GitHub repository.
