scalajs on nodejs

## install sjs
npm install

## transpile scalajs to js, using a task defined in package.js
npm run sbtInit ## it sets up sbt in node_modules/sbt 
npm run sbtBuild ## NOTE: needs JRE installed

$ npm run sjs
