Remove column sort from all columns except 'Progress' & 'Organisation' #74

72 and #73 TO BE MERGED BEFORE THIS ONE

Removes column sort from all columns except 'Progress' & 'Organisation'. Also fixes references to sort png images which were previously not showing.

Default loading of tabs now shows as follows...

'Summary' tab: image

'Details' tab: image
