This PR includes the following:

Adds documentation for functions and structs
Adds GetNfpAdminInfo and the AdminInfo struct
Adds several more result descriptions
Updates struct names to match the ones found in the amiibo javascript extension, which several games are using
Minor fixes to match wuts coding style
