Updates the wut samples to the .wuhb format and modifies their code for more modern aroma usage.

Wii U examples are currently in the process of being separated into a new repo, and also being modernized (not public yet). Unfortunately this PR duplicates work we've already done, so I will have to close it - thanks anyway.
