Meanwhile rancher-desktop has solved the VPN probems (as experimental feature that has to be activated).
Therefore, we can finally solve these problems and kick out vpnkit (that never worked properly) and simplify our docker commandlet.
Acceptance criteria:
[x] kick out vpnkit from docker commandlet including related functions.
[x] Do a general cleanup (see TODO, can we remove function that checks if rancher-desktop is already installed?)
[x] update docker.asciidoc documentation and explain how to use rancher-desktop with VPN (link to existing documentation or add screenshots to our own git).
