For epic #1090 we need an API for commandlets to interact with the user:

write/log output (debug, info, interaction, warning, error)
feed output from process directly to the user (as continuous stream so every output is immediately displayed)
ask questions (Yes/no confirmation, enter URL, choose from a list of values, etc.)
show progressbar
