Gut microbial keystone species of NAFLD

For the first time, we implemented the causal inference theories on the construction of microbial interaction networks with cross-sectional microbiome dataset. Subsequently, the keystone species of NAFLD were identified by dynamic intervention modeling (DIM) with the interaction networks.
