User - display a image of a fashion picture when the weather is chosen

Acceptance - it is done when the user is able to see a image that is set based on the weather output from the city selection.

Will create the query url calls based on if function - for example if the weather is in a certain category of degress then the query will run with a different word.

Would suggest having - three querys - headwear, tops, bottoms.

For high temps - have the function run as - hat, shirt, shorts. For lower temps - have the function run as - beanie, coat, jeans
