On welcome page the links for terms of service and privacy policy is not active #473

Describe the bug

On the welcome page the Links of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is not active.

Expected behavior

on clicking terms of service and privacy policy it should redirect to different pages respectively.

Actual behavior

the links aren't active.
