link kit codes to categories #72

User can link a kit code to a category

When the kit code is added to POS, the kit codes within the category are added

example

The category BRR contains kit codes BFF and BCA A user can add a link "BRR" to a kit code such as BFBR When BFBR is added to POS, the kit codes BFF and BCA are added to POS
