Rio Grande Trade node deleted. Provinces merged into the Mexico Trade Node.
Lima now called Northern Andes (changed "lima" to "n_andes" in the code). Hudson Bay now called Arctic Sea (changed "james_bay" to "arctic_sea" in the code). Ohio now called American Great Lakes (changed from "ohio" to "amglakes" in the code). Lima now called Northern Andes (changed from "lima" to "n_andes" in the code). Chesapeake Bay now called Northeast Coast (changed from "chesapeake_bay" to "ne_coast" in the code). California now called Northwest Coast (changed from "California" to "nw_coast" in the code). St. Lawrence now called Quebec (changed from "st_lawrence" to "quebec" in the code).
Fixed code typo of "carribean_trade", is now called "caribbean_sea".
Alabama area is now called sweethome_area in the code. Great Valley area is now called mountainmama_area in the code. Kentucky area is now called colonel_area in the code.
Georgia and Upper Georgia areas moved from Chesapeake to Caribbean_Sea Trade Node.
