"Ordo Heraldica Regum et Ducum" flag mod integrated + clean up #99

Some flags stayed except these ones who have no events or files attached. All flags that were to do with trade formables that no longer exist were also removed. -DE#, DA#, DC#, DI#, DP#, DS#, DW# trade company flag formables removed -GHA, IDN, IND, PHI, RSA, THL, TSC, TSE, ZIB also removed

Fun fact there is a Roman America and Roman India flags and events, neat.
