adding carousel section #15

Currently we are having separate sections for different things such as cards , and others . This time we are planning to have carousel section also in here .

Needed a section as Carousel

We are listing some of them here , you can add carousel of any kind as you wish .

This issue leads to creation of a new section in the list with others . You can see the first image . We have a Side Bar there . In that section people can take code for their favourite carousel they want ,like right now they can take from the card section and others .

There we need to add carousel widgets of different kinds and their respective code so that people can use it.
