Easier way to refer to past sales #117

Currently we have to remember to backup the DB (which I forgot to do for the spring sale 😭 ) and then spin it up again to see the data. Is there a better way to preserve the data in a more readable way? Maybe we need to introduce the notion of a "sale"...

In progress by @0xAl3xH - way to have fresh DB for new sale, as well as automatic backups.

TODO: fresh DB doesn't include FAQs, would be nice to add FAQs as they don't change much sale to sale.
