[WIP] Farm Account Setup

When setting up a farm account, you now need to go to the HiPPO link instead of the form on the page and select VetMed for the sponsor.

@ctb great idea! I like the idea of combining the two resources. As we update farm notes, the rotation project could be subtly maintained as well.

We would still need to update the getting account section

If you have a UC Davis account, you can apply to get a farm account here:

wiki.cse.ucdavis.edu/cgi-bin/index2.pl

Select "Farm/CAES", and "Brown."

• click the 'hippo' link
• select 'vetmed' from the drop down
