WAT is the successor of the TagME~\cite{TagMe2}, developed by Piccinno et al.~\cite{piccinno2014tagme} and presented during the ERD Challenge~\cite{carmel2014erd}. The project is released as an open source library~\footnote{\url{http://github.com/nopper/wat}} and it is written in Scala. The new annotator includes a re-design of all TagME components, namely, the spotter, the disambiguator, and the pruner. Two disambiguation families were introduced in this new rewrite: graph-based algorithms for collective entity linking based (i.e. exploiting well-known graph algorithms such as PageRank, HITS and SALSA) and vote-based algorithms for local entity disambiguation (based on the work of Ferragina et al.~\cite{TagMe2}). The spotter and the pruner can be tuned using SVM linear models. Additionally the library can be used as a NED-only system by feeding appropriate mention spans to the system. The system inherits some of the limitation of the legacy TagME~\cite{TagMe2}, being it optimized for short texts (i.e. the spotter and the pruner modules are responsible for introducing many of the false positives).
I'm missing the metadata:
for the Key annotator.
I'm also missing description, homepage and license for WAT. @nopper please provide some description, license and if possible a homepage for WAT
