GO display 3: Display annotation extensions #10

Display annotation extensions (former col. 16).

Good Dicty example genes:

SGD also now shows annotation extensions (http://www.yeastgenome.org/new-at-sgd-go-annotation-extension-data-redesigned-go-and-phenotype-pages). However, one has to click a small 'i' icon to see them, so I like Pombase way better. SGD example: http://www.yeastgenome.org/locus/S000005878/go

Another example of PomBase when they have the same qualifiers and references not bundled enough, however the single combined statements read fine: http://www.pombase.org/spombe/result/SPBC16G5.15c
