obsolete GO term on RNA gene #102

This might be the only one and maybe I can fix this once I can annotate the RNA genes in P2GO. So this issue is also for myself as reminder.

The dutA gene: http://dictybase.org/gene/DDB_G0294515 is still annotated to obsolete soluble fraction (obsolete GO:0005625) (IDA)

In P2GO those would get flagged and then deleted, but currently I cannot fix this. @cybersiddhu, in case this causes a hiccup in your GO annotation move to new database, you know about this one.

Whenever you give me the thumps up to annotate RNACentral IDs in P2GO let me know and I can remove the annotation
