link plasmids to genes when containing gene names #108

This is something we should probably do manually and would be great to do when annotating plasmids, link them directly to the gene(s) and at this point know most about it

Many years ago, Julia linked a batch automatically, but since then it has been especially frustrating for DSC annotators
