It would be nice to create a new codon bias table from all protein coding genes in Dd and other genomes.

Create a script that can run on demand to create a table for all genomes we house.
Once we have the ref genome update, run the script again, maybe subtle changes for Dd
Once Other genomes get some curation by community, we generate a new one for that genome.

Hah, the link from Research is external http://www.kazusa.or.jp/codon/cgi-bin/showcodon.cgi?species=44689 and shows something different that we have in Downloads

So we HAVE the data from all curated genes in Downloads D. discoideum codon bias; 11,666 curated protein coding genes (November 2012)

This script should still exist?? Maybe can be recycled?

Maybe we only should have it in Downloads, not in the Dropdown!!
