GO display 5: display multiple entities in 'with' field

Currently, multiple entities in the with field are not displayed in the GO page. See http://dictybase.org/gene/p2xA/go and look at these annotations:

• calcium ion transport IGI
• calcium-release channel activity IGI Displayed is only UniProtKB ID Q54J33

In the GAF file the multiple IDs are there for the annotations: UniProtKB:Q54J33|DB:UniProt:Q54JH4|DB:UniProt:Q553Y1|DB:UniProt:Q553Y0

Since now Pipes are OR and Commas will be AND, all IGI annotations should be converted to AND (Comma). In Display we should probably spell out AND.
