1) Literature display on GO tab or phenotype tab should be shortened to the format:
"Parkinson et. al (2013)"
2) The Literature icons we have should be retired. Instead, the shortened refs on annotation pages and the fuller refs on gene summary page display a linked PubMed Id and the linked text "full text" when full test is available.
All short refs for annotations anywhere in associations with annotations will link to our internal ref page.
