Link strain annotated plasmids when names match #82

In strain annotations we have plasmids annotated. Historically these, free text, were not in synch with plasmids in the DSC. However, in the past 4 years we only added plasmids that are in the DSC plasmid database. So when the names match, these should be linked from the strain details page.

Example: strain hephA- (DBS0350878) has plasmid pBLS-hephA-bsr, which is a DSC plasmid. So then the link should go to the plasmid record

I believe this has been done with strain-plasmid import, have to verify it in the database.
