If possible, separate bacterials strains from amoeba strains/Dicty strains. The bacterial strains are tagged with a special strain characteristic ' bacterial food source' http://dictybase.org/db/cgi-bin/dictyBase/SC/scsearch.pl?searchdb=strains&search_term=bacterial+food+source&column=type&B1=Submit

The great advantage will be that the bacterial strains have a different price from ameba strains, they are much less work to prepare. They have the same price as plasmids $ 15.-, whereas amoeba strains are $30.-. all for non profit.
