Currently the export has to be rewritten because the perl based export code has some errros.

• It is not joining on order_id
• It is also not considering both plasmids and strains in the same order.
• The output format also does not group items by each order.

To fix them, i am rewriting the export it golang. Once that is done will wrap the import accordingly.

Also remove duplicate items(per order) in the export
