Data files required for migration

Editing ontology(obo format only)

• This repository manages dictyBase ontologies through the ontologies folder; it includes all Dicty ontologies, e.g the large dicty_phenotypes and smaller ontologies such as dicty_strain_charactersitics.
• All ontologies are edited through pull request. Ontologies validated and merged through pull requests are automatically converted to obograph-json format and commited to obograph-json folder. Ontologies converted to obobgraph-json format are only loaded to the database.
• Any ontology commited without any pull requested therefore will never be loaded to the database.

  Create pull request

  Create a git branch and push it to github. It will automatically create a pull request. Explicit creation of pull request in not necessary.
