Update intro.md #7

General: Do you want to talk about DTU methods also in more detail (as is done for DTU und DEU)? Then, I slightly modified the text at various places (I hope you can see the changes somewhere). Then some specific comments: Line 32: "The splice graph is a network representation in which nodes and edges represent exon and SJ ..." I switched the names, because I thought that nodes are the exons and edges are the SJ, but please revert this if it was wrong. Line 35: What do you mean with this exactly, maybe I just don't understand it... Line 46: The end of the sentence is not clear to me "... more robust to ambiguous sequencing that reads that map to many features"
