BugFix - update filter status with measurement #31

Currently, the filter result does not display the visit/measurement on adding the filters, but the filtered patient count is updated with the change in visit/measurement field. This needs to be updated by adding measurement to the filter_status and do necessary changes wherever required in the Filter Service.
