Implement all views #10

Aims/objectives.

This is related to UI/design, not yet functionality.

A clear and concise description of todo items.

In a first stage, complete the layout of each view.

[x] HomeView.vue
[x] SearchView.vue (Query the DB for RNA modifications)
[x] BrowseView.vue (Browse through or search available dataset)
[x] CompareView.vue (Compare your own data with the database - based on what we had before)
[x] DocumentationView.vue
[x] DownloadView.vue (TBD: how and what)

Except for Documentation and Download, the other views have a minimal working implementation -> next steps/todos for each view: Search, Browse, Compare.
