Harmonize all UI components to integrate with PrimeVue, where relevant, and the utility classes from Tailwind CSS.

And what about class/style binding for the blocks?

[ ] Revisit src/components/layout/ components. In particular do we need DefaultLayout.vue and SectionLayout.vue?
[ ] Add Hero and feature sections to replace the current Home view with sections?
