Deployment and backup - development

Aims/objectives.

We're not reaching production yet, but it would be good to have some sort of deployment and backup (DB dump) infrastructure.

A clear and concise description of todo items.

• [x] Containerize client, server, and DB for deployment
• [x] Deploy on https://scimodom.dieterichlab.org/ (deadline 16 January 2024)
• [x] Database backup/dump (SetupService with DB dump setup?). Implement a local solution first.
