Add RNA types #85

Aims/objectives.

RNA types are hard coded e.g. UploadForm.vue, ProjectMetaData.vue. See https://github.com/dieterich-lab/scimodom/discussions/69

A clear and concise description of todo items.

Add a new table, upsert on import.

Fixed, but we don't deal yet with annotation...
